Nothing costs so much as what is given us

 There are more people who are not satisfied with their life than the people who think they are enjoying their abundant life. As a famous proverb says,  a lot of people think ‘the more is the better’, and no matter they are rich or poor, they want to make them satisfied.

 We are used to blaming those people who only think earning money in any kind of way. Some of us think that because they are gathering too much money, we are getting poorer and spending hard time. Is this a right answer? it partly could be. Then,  is the act that put one’s effort for oneself a bad thing? I can't thoroughly agree with that question. As long as they are not too greedy and not to harm other people, working hard is worthy for the oneself and the society. The person who is eager to get something can develop himself by doing his best, and the society where he belongs to is also developed by his effort. We'd better not to blame those people but to think about ourselves. 

 There is one thing that we easily forget about. In any situation, we should try to know how many things we’ve earned already, and this thought is usually up to our mind. For the rich man, definetly, has many things. Large house, good food, good education, nice neighborhood and so on. He would enjoy his life with those fancy things. But even if the person is a poor, I want to say he has already gotten many things. While he doesn’t have large house and good food, he would learn the value of his own house and could feel how is the value of ‘good food’ by having few times of chances to eat. Although poor man doesn’t have many things, he also can get a opportunity to learn what is the ‘lack’, and I believe that a man who experienced ‘lack’ can understand other people much better than a man who doesn’t know about it. So the poor man also can have the important wisdom that rich man doesn’t have. If he finds out that he also has this great thing, he would start to see himself in a positive way, and become satisfied.

 Many of us worry about our life. Some people worry about one billion dollars and others do that worry about for 5 dollars. Some people complain that they are deserved to get more money and others complain too to prepare any place to sleep. Each of them has their opinion and their story. But all we need to think about it. “Nothing costs so much as what is given us”. We've already benefited from everything around us. In any position, we should remember we could earn more by thinking of it. If we have a chance to remind it at least once a week, we could see our life in a more positive way which makes our life satisfied. It is not a just motto or autosuggetion sentence. It is the truth. Nothing costs so much as what is given us.
